About Leiah

Real estate with a personal touch.

Local knowledge, practical guidance, and a genuine interest in the story of every property and every client.

I'm Leiah Casterline, a Georgia REALTOR® drawn to the places and people behind every property. My work is about helping clients make thoughtful decisions and helping communities hold on to what makes them worth living in.

Alongside my real estate work, I'm restoring historic property in downtown Pelham and developing The Pelham Briefing to make useful local information easier to find.

My real estate business serves Peachtree City, Fayette County, and the areas of Coweta County that touch Peachtree City. I help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions while navigating the process with local knowledge, practical guidance, and personal attention.

I'm especially drawn to properties with untapped potential, including historic buildings, rural homes, acreage, and homes without homeowners associations. My approach combines real estate experience with an understanding of lifestyle, long-term value, and what makes a place feel like home.

A Bigger Purpose

Leisure Realty Group & downtown Pelham.

Through Leisure Realty Group, my husband and I are investing in the restoration and adaptive reuse of historic property in downtown Pelham, Georgia.

Our vision includes a welcoming coffee café and lunch spot, a visitor and community information experience, locally focused retail, professional space, creative and cultural programming, and residential opportunities.

The café is intended to be more than a place to purchase coffee. We envision it as a comfortable gathering place where residents, visitors, business owners, and community organizations can connect. It will also serve as a natural starting point for exploring Pelham—pairing hospitality with local information, personalized recommendations, and stories about the people and places that make the community distinctive.

Our goal is not simply to renovate a building or open another business. We want to create a financially sustainable destination that preserves an important part of Pelham's history, supports neighboring businesses, welcomes visitors, and contributes to downtown's long-term growth.

We're currently testing the idea of a coffee café and lunch spot in downtown Pelham. For it to work, we need Pelham behind it—real interest, real feedback, and neighbors who'll walk through the door. If this is something you'd support and return to, we want to hear from you.

Publishing

The Pelham Briefing.

A hyperlocal publication and the first title in a broader vision for The Briefing Network.

I founded The Pelham Briefing, a hyperlocal publication created to make useful community information easier to find.

Pelham has no shortage of stories, opportunities, events, and people doing meaningful work. The information is often spread across word of mouth, social media pages, and different organizations. The Pelham Briefing brings those pieces together in one accessible place.

The publication shares local updates, community voices, business and workforce opportunities, upcoming events, and thoughtful questions about decisions affecting Pelham's future.

My Connection to Pelham

"South Georgia has always been part of my story."

My relationship with Pelham and Mitchell County began in childhood. I attended preschool and church here, and although my family later moved to a nearby community, South Georgia remained part of my life through weekends, holidays, family gatherings, and lasting relationships.

Today, I am returning to that connection in a different way—as a property owner and advocate for thoughtful downtown revitalization. I am not trying to replace the work of the city, chamber, or existing community organizations. I hope to listen, collaborate, share useful information, and help connect people who care about Pelham's future.
